What are the safety protection devices for home elevators?

1. Overspeed protection device
When the up and down running speed of the Household Elevator exceeds the specified speed, the safety switch of the speed limiter will act to stop the elevator. Speed limiter and safety gear are the most important safety protection devices for elevators, also known as broken rope protection and overspeed protection. The wire rope of the speed limiter forms a closed loop around the sheave and the expanding sheave in the pit. If the car is overspeeding, the speed limiter will act immediately to trigger the rope clamping device to clamp the wire rope. When the car descends, the wire rope pulls the safety gear to operate, so that the safety gear produces frictional force on the guide rail, which quickly brakes the car on the guide rail and stops the movement.
2. Door lock electrical protection device
Both the hall door and the car door are equipped with electrical interlock switches to verify that the doors are fully closed. As long as one door is not closed in place, the elevator cannot run. When the car stops at the station, the traction machine brake can ensure that the leveling position of the car remains unchanged.
 3. End station forced deceleration device
The forced deceleration switch of the upper and lower end stations is installed at the running speed change point to ensure that the elevator can reliably reduce the running speed when it approaches the end station.
 4. End station limit device
When the forced deceleration switch does not work, the limit switch will act, and the Elevator Car Decoration will be forced to stop running and cannot go beyond this position, but can change the direction to run.
 5. End station limit position protection device
Before the elevator runs to the end of the guide rail, the limit switch will act to cut off the power supply of the elevator and forcibly stop the elevator.
6, pier bottom, top protection device
Due to the failure of the control system of the home elevator, when the elevator runs up and down beyond the limit position, the buffer in the pit protects the passengers from injury.
 7. Overload protection device
It can weigh the weight of the car. When the rated load is exceeded, the elevator will not start and a buzzer will sound, and the passengers who enter after the warning will exit the car in time.
 8. Anti-fall protection device
The up and down running speed of the car is monitored in real time by the speed limiter. Once the car is out of control and overspeed, the speed limiter will start the safety gear and immediately stop the car on the guide rail.
The function of the safety gear: when the car or counterweight fails to fall over the speed limiter, the speed limiter will act first, disconnect the electrical safety switch of the safety gear, cut off the power supply of the traction machine, and then pull up the safety gear lever to make the safety gear head move the car. It is stuck on the hoistway guide rail, so that the car will not fall down, and it plays the role of safety protection when overspeeding.
 9. Door protection device
The hall door lock and the hall and car door safety switches can ensure that the elevator cannot run normally when the door is not securely closed, or when the door is not locked. The national standard stipulates the magnitude of the door closing force of the elevator, which will not trap passengers.
The car door door panel is usually equipped with a safety touch panel to ensure that the door can be automatically reopened when the door panel comes into contact with people and objects during the door closing process; in addition, there are non-contact door protection devices - infrared light curtain protection device and ultrasonic wave The monitoring device can make the door reopen when the door panel does not touch people and objects.
