What is the speed standard of villa elevator?

According to the speed, it can be divided into low-speed elevator (below 1 m/s), fast elevator (1-2 m/s) and high-speed elevator (more than 2 m/s). The speed depends on the configuration of the elevator, generally 1M/s, 1.5M/s, 1.75M/s, 2.0M/s, 2.5M/s and so on.
The speed of the elevator depends on the height of the floor. Generally, the elevator speed below the 12th floor is 1.5m/s, the 12th floor to the 22nd floor is 1.75m/s, and the 22nd to 32nd floor is 2.0m/s. There are also elevators of different brands and different categories (elevators are divided into medical elevators, freight elevators, passenger elevators, and escalators), and it is impossible to have different running speeds.
At present, villa elevators can be divided into 4 categories:
1. Traction type
Principle: There is a drive motor on the top of the hoistway, and there is a car and a counterweight in the hoistway. The car and the counterweight are connected together by wire ropes and go up and down through the traction machine. The rated power of the villa elevator traction machine with a load of 320kg is 0.9kw/h, and the rated power of the villa elevator traction machine with a load of 400kg is 1.1kw/h.
2. Strong drive
Principle: The main engine of the elevator can be placed on the top or the bottom according to the height of the building, and the elevator can go up and down through the guide wheel. At present, the energy-saving elevator of the strong-drive villa elevator is rated at 4KW/h.
3. Hydraulic
Principle: The upper and lower of the car are driven by means of hydraulic ejector rods. The power of the hydraulic villa is 3.5kw/h
4. Screw type
The structure of the screw-type villa elevator is very simple, that is, an elevator surrounds a large screw to drive the car or the platform up and down.
The elevator rated power of the screw type villa elevator is 2.2kw/h.
What square tube is used for the steel structure shaft of the villa elevator:
The reserved position of the elevator shaft of the villa is usually tight. The traditional brick-concrete civil construction shaft occupies a large area due to the thickness of the wall and is not suitable for ordinary villa families.
The price of the sightseeing-type steel structure shaft and aluminum alloy shaft provided by the factory is relatively high. The steel structure shaft of the villa elevator must first ensure the strength. Generally, the No. 10 national standard square pipe is suitable. The ultra-small shaft where the place is particularly tense can also choose 100mm×50mm× 5mm square tube. Conditionally do the surface acidification and rust prevention and high-temperature baking paint, which is much better than painting.
According to the technical parameters provided by the elevator manufacturer, the overall vertical error of the elevator steel structure shaft should not exceed 10mm; the spacing between the ring beams should be about 1500mm, and the maximum spacing between the upper and lower adjacent ring beams should not exceed 2000mm.
